WHAT IS "PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION"?
"Personally identifying information" is information that can be explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual. This includes information such as: email address, first and last name, occupation, company name and postal code / zip code. Other information collected includes whether or not the person would like to subscribe to a newsletter or be contacted by a sales representative (both are unchecked by default) and any information relating to promotions. On occasion, Whistler Classifieds may ask you for more personal information such as an address. We do this when you register for promotions (contests) or services that require such information.
